Confidence in every released batch.
Every batch is tested for identity, composition, oxidation, contaminants and microbiology, then released against the declared specification with its documentation attached.

Batch testing and release
Release is a decision, not a formality. A batch leaves the site only when the analytical data matches the specification that was agreed for that order, and the documents are complete.
| Identity | Fatty-acid profile by GC confirmed against the reference standard |
|---|---|
| Composition | EPA, DHA and total omega-3 verified against the declared specification |
| Oxidation | PV, AV and TOTOX compared with the customer's declared release limit |
| Contaminants | Heavy metals, PCBs, dioxins, microbiology and MOSH/MOAH tested to destination limits |
| Packaging | Container, headspace and seal verified at filling |
| Documentation | COA, specification sheet and traceability record complete before dispatch |
Six quality-control steps
Applied to every batch, across every product route.
Feed oil assayed on arrival; lots outside the incoming oxidation limit are rejected.
Process conditions held inside a recorded band for vacuum, temperature and residence time.
Each distillation cut assayed by GC so the achieved EPA/DHA ratio is known, not assumed.
Antioxidant dosed against the declared TOTOX target rather than a fixed amount.
Nitrogen blanketing maintained across storage, transfer and drum filling.
Batch released only when the analytical data, specification sheet and documents are complete.
The scope behind the document.
These are documentation categories to review, not claims of certification. Confirm the issuing entity, product scope, validity and destination-market relevance for your selected grade.

Which certificates does the supplier provide?
The certificate set depends on the product route and the destination market: food-safety and sustainability certificates for nutrition products, GMP/DMF/CEP support for API grades, and feed-safety documentation for animal nutrition.
Which quality documents are provided?
A certificate of analysis, specification sheet, TDS and SDS are issued with every batch. Additional certificates, third-party test reports and registration support documents are supplied on request.
Which documents accompany a batch?
The batch release file: COA with test methods, specification sheet, traceability record, packing record and the shipment documents for the agreed delivery method.
Which values are checked before release?
Identity, composition, oxidation, contaminants, microbiology and packaging. Every value is compared against the declared specification, not against a generic default.
