Batch testing and release

Release is a decision, not a formality. Analytical data must match the agreed specification and the documents must be complete.

Identity	Fatty-acid profile by GC confirmed against the reference standard
Composition	EPA, DHA and total omega-3 verified against the declared specification
Oxidation	PV, AV and TOTOX compared with the declared release limit
Contaminants	Heavy metals, PCBs, dioxins, microbiology and MOSH/MOAH tested to destination limits
Documentation	COA, specification sheet and traceability record complete before dispatch
