Stage	Applied continuously from intake through drum filling
Measured by	Peroxide value, anisidine value, TOTOX
Grading	Standard ≤ 26; low-TOTOX < 6 on request
Records	Oxidation values, antioxidant dose and headspace treatment logged per batch

Nitrogen blanketing	Applied to storage, transfer and the drum headspace so the oil is never held under air
Antioxidant	Mixed tocopherols as standard, dosed against the declared TOTOX target rather than a fixed amount
Temperature	Ambient storage with controlled transfer temperatures; no unnecessary heat cycles
Packaging	Epoxy-lined drums, nitrogen flushed and sealed immediately after filling
